Three Phase Olive Press
A three phase olive press is a
machine that presses the oil out of olives to make olive oil. Most
modern three phase olive presses use vertical centrifuges that
separate the oil from the paste.
Some of the old methods of pressing
olives is still used today with modern equipment. There is another
