Three Phase Tumbler

three phase tumbler is a machine that is used for mixing various
materials. The three phase tumbler usually consists of large
drums that are attached to the machine and they are tumbled end over end
at a pretty fast pace mixing the contents.

three phase tumbler will deburr or polish them.
Some three phase tumblers
use a corner over corner mixing action. The can is secure in the holder
with the
adjustable bottom cross bar and screw-down top bar with locking handle.
The motor provides plenty of power and rotates the pail at a constant
RPM in one direction. The unit does not shake or oscillate cans. The
heavy-duty steel frame stands steady while the tumbling action is taking
place on the

colorants in the three phase tumbler. You can mix in the original
containers, with no messy transfer spills. Some three phase
tumblers have an 800 pound per drum capacity. The three phase tumbler
easily mixes dry powders or wet grains, settled liquids and high
viscosity substances. Loadbinders with safety-locks securely hold
the loaded drums in place on the three phase tumbler. The sturdy
steel frame resists shock of the tumbling load. All the shafts run in
self-aligning pillow block ball bearings on some of the three phase
tumblers. They are usually supplied with a control box with start, jog
and stop buttons. Most three phase tumblers are explosion proof.
The three phase tumbler must
be operated with three phase power. You can either pay large amounts of
money to the utility company to have three phase power installed or you
can purchase a three phase converter at a much more reasonable cost. A
three phase converter will convert the single phase power source into
true three phase power. The true three phase converter works with a
3-phase rotary generator with power factor correction. It uses
it's own motor to generate the third, high leg of power. After
that, it passes on the other two legs of power that is already provided
